This EP is rather old now, being made close to the beginnings of my dive into producing music it is fairly low quality from a production stand-point, but the tracks have a very sentimental place for me and a few of my close friends so I hope you enjoy it, it's like an audio time-capsule to where I was when I wrote this.

The title of this EP is a self-directed joke about bad coping mechanisms and all of the titles have both a serious and a humorous meaning, the artwork is also a low-quality photo of me after a lengthy depression nap, it felt fitting at the time, enjoy - <3
